Once the ink sets, the T-shirts pass through a curing process, locking in the design. DTF begins with a high-resolution digital design, which is then printed onto a special film using vibrant, eco-friendly inks. The printed film is carefully placed onto the fabric, creating a seamless fusion of design and garment. Heat is applied, allowing the ink to permeate the fabric fibers, resulting in a soft and durable finish. The versatility of DTF allows for intricate details and a full spectrum of colors to come to life on the T-shirt.
